Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Art Master AI. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, including your date of birth.

3. The service

Art Master AI turns reference photos into AI-generated, step-by-step drawing lessons. AI output is generated automatically and may be imperfect or vary in quality; it is provided for learning and creative purposes.

4. Your content and uploads

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them (including via our AI providers) solely to provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the right to upload each image. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, depicts minors inappropriately, or violates others’ privacy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempts to break, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service, and no uploading prohibited content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Art Master AI offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Pro is US$11.99 per month or US$120 per year, billed through Stripe.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices are in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

7. Refunds and donations

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

8. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly limit on the number of lessons you can generate (3 on Free, 20 on Pro). Limits reset each billing month.

9. Intellectual property

The Art Master AI name, app and design are ours. You may use the lessons and images you generate for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated lessons will be accurate, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art Master AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for legal or security reasons.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you.
