1. Who this applies to

Art Master AI is intended only for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, contact us at support@artmasterai.com and we will delete it.

2. Information we collect

Account information: your email address, optional display name, and date of birth (used to confirm you are 13+ and to age-appropriately filter content).

Content you provide: reference photos you upload, and the lessons, palettes and images generated from them. Your uploads and lessons are private to your account by default. If you choose to publish a lesson, that lesson — including its reference photo — becomes visible to other signed-in users in the Explore section until you unpublish it.

Usage information: how many lessons you generate, your subscription tier, and similar product activity.

Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — only a customer reference and subscription status.

Technical information: basic logs and device/connection data needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use your information

To provide the service: generate drawing lessons from your photos, save your work, and run your account.

To enforce the 13+ age gate and show age-appropriate content.

To moderate uploaded and generated images for safety.

To process subscriptions and donations.

To send essential account emails (e.g. email confirmation, password reset).

To maintain security and comply with the law.

4. AI processing of your photos

To create lessons, the reference photos you upload are sent to Google (Gemini and Vision) for analysis, lesson generation and safety moderation. Do not upload photos you are not comfortable processing this way, and only upload images you have the right to use.

5. Service providers we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with providers that help us run Art Master AI:

Supabase (database, authentication, file storage); Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, image storage); Google (sign-in, Gemini AI generation, Vision safety moderation); Stripe (payments); Mailtrap (sending emails). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

6. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@artmasterai.com. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. payment records).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@artmasterai.com.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Union. We rely on these providers’ safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Significant changes may be communicated by email.
